Smart Service

I used to work for PLDT, or part of that corporate group anyway. The portforlio included Smart Communications, and so for a few years now I've been a subscriber. I've been okay with them for the most part, but it's infinitely frustrating that the breakdowns start happening when I try to spend more money for more services.


2 weeks ago I applied for a plan (Smart Gold 2500). The face-to-face service was quite good (a guy named Mon, that for the life of me I can't contact now). However, to date I've had ZERO FEEDBACK ABOUT MY APPLICATION. 2 whole weeks while the service proposal was 5-7 working days.

The trouble is, every time I try calling their customer care, nothing is on record. Nobody tells anyone what's going on with my account, so every time I call them it's a new re-telling all over again. I'm so pissed!

I know that the customer care, or at least part of it, is outsourced to the subsidiary company I resigned from, so no surprises about the wretched service.
