I'll be turning 30 this weekend, and for the first time after the longest time, I'm having a party! I'll host it at home, and in the whole scheme of things it will be a modest affair. However, for someone like me who hasn't had any kind of celebration beyond a dinner out with friends and colleagues, this is the biggest thing.
It's going to be a dinner prepared by the three-headed culinary monster that is Guisano, Lagusay, & Tan (sounds like some kind of firm). Seriously they are:
Our "Ninang" who is the master chef at home, notable for her very rich dishes. Whatever she cooks, you can be assured that it's VERY RICH.
I've invited many friends old and new. Some of these friends weren't able to attend my wedding, so this is a good time to meet and reconnect. Special shout-out to P'chy and Bebang who are my co-interns in J. Walter Thompson way back 10 years ago. Let's get together and enjoy new good times.
